Cutie-Pie Honey-Bunch

I was putting Connor and Annalise into their car seats getting ready to leave the house the other morning. Connor was already buckled in and as I was putting Annalise into her seat she started crying. So I started talking to her. “Hey cutie-pie, don’t be doin that,” I’d say. Connor got a little testy and said, “No, don’t call her that.” To which I replied, “Why? She is cute isn’t she?” And he said, “Yes… but she’s not a pie.”
